Gli Atlantic Starr sono un gruppo musicale R&B statunitense originario di New York e attivo dal 1976. 

Questo del 1978 è l'album che segna il loro esordio discografico, il disco fu prodotto da Bobby Eli, al secolo Eli Tatarsky, scomparso nell'agosto del 2023.

Bobby Eli fu chitarrista nella grande orchestra di Philadelphia dei M.F.S.B. (Mother Father Sister Brother).

Era un turnista regolare per l'etichetta Philadelphia International di Gamble & Huff negli anni '70. Polistrumentista, produttore, compositore e arrangiatore, i contributi di Bobby Eli possono essere ascoltati nelle registrazioni di molti artisti, tra cui Teddy Pendergrass, The Jacksons, Chris Brown, David Bowie, Jay-Z, Hall and Oates, Patti LaBelle, Elton John, Phyllis Hyman, B.B. King, Billy Paul, Wilson Pickett, George Clinton, The Spinners, The Temptations, The Stylistics, The Trammps, Curtis Mayfield e Shaggy.
